Absolutely, that’s not a problem. You will need to tax it as a private vehicle, though, which goes by engine size, not CO2 and can be expensive. And you may find that some insurers don’t want to insure you on what they consider to be a commercial vehicle. Shop around in that case and consider employing a specialised insurance broker to do that for you.
